Integrating HRBP Skills with Organisational Strategy — verifiable evidence of competence your LinkedIn profile and CV can showcase immediately.
The HR Leadership Imperative
The HR function is undergoing its most significant structural transformation in a generation. Mid-level HR managers who adapt early will define the next cohort of HR Directors and Chief People Officers; those who wait risk being repositioned by the change instead of leading it.
Advisory research (Gartner) points to AI assisting a large share of HR transactional work within this decade. HR managers who pivot to strategic advisory, workforce intelligence and capability design will lead that change rather than be displaced by it.
IMPACT: 2026–2030Millennials now dominate middle management and Gen Z is entering the pipeline. Leadership models, engagement frameworks and psychosocial-safety capability will determine which HR leaders carry authority through the transition.
CRITICAL THROUGH 2030Employers in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia increasingly shortlist HR candidates holding internationally recognised postgraduate-level credentials. A dual credential — executive HR mastery plus an Australian nationally recognised leadership qualification — signals rigour and readiness.
ACCELERATING NOWCFOs and boards now hold CHROs accountable for workforce productivity. The McKinsey and Deloitte frameworks in this programme address exactly the strategic performance capability boards demand — in the language boards already use.
BOARD-LEVEL TRENDDual Credential Value
The Executive Master of HRM builds deep, current HR leadership capability — analytics, performance, AI-era workforce strategy — endorsed by NOCN UK. The BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership adds a nationally recognised Australian qualification (AQF Level 8, VET) in strategic transformation, continuity, financial strategy and critical thinking, awarded by ICQA (RTO 46584). Together they evidence both HR mastery and enterprise leadership capability — the combination boards look for in HR Director and Chief People Officer candidates.
The Executive Master is an endorsed executive qualification; the Graduate Diploma is a nationally recognised Australian VET qualification — not a university degree. Each is presented exactly as its awarding arrangements provide.
BSB80320 comprises eight units — two core and six electives. Unit titles are reproduced from the official national register. Every unit maps to a capability HR leaders are assessed on at director level.
Core Units (Compulsory)
Lead organisation-wide change with measurable outcomes — the capability behind every HR transformation mandate.
Design and lead the planning processes that connect workforce strategy to long-term organisational goals.
Units Delivered in This Programme
Build high-impact partnerships across the C-suite, vendors and stakeholders — the HRBP capability at enterprise scale.
Create continuity strategies for organisational resilience — increasingly an HR-owned mandate.
Champion innovation across teams to solve complex organisational challenges.
Embed ethical frameworks across the organisation — central to the psychosocial and governance agenda.
Develop financial strategy aligned with organisational goals — the language of the CFO, spoken by HR.
Apply advanced critical-thinking methodology to complex organisational problems.
Plus the eight Executive MHRM subjects spanning strategic HRM, workforce analytics, performance leadership, AI in HR, generational management and organisational transformation.
Your Career Acceleration
The pathway is designed to compress a decade of credential-building into one structured programme and position you for progression toward the most senior HR roles. Progression itself depends on your performance, organisational opportunity and market conditions — no outcome is guaranteed, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Start the dual pathway alongside your current role. Build mastery across the Gartner, McKinsey, Deloitte and Korn Ferry frameworks while progressing the Australian Graduate Diploma.

You also earn one university micro-credential certificate: Integrating HRBP Skills with Organisational Strategy.
BSB80320 is a nationally recognised Australian qualification at AQF Level 8, verifiable on the Australian Government register, training.gov.au. Australian VET qualifications are widely respected by multinational and regional employers in Malaysia; formal recognition for any specific purpose depends on the employer or body assessing it. It is delivered as vocational education and training — it is not a university degree, and we won’t describe it as one.
The Executive MHRM is endorsed and awarded by NOCN UK. The BSB80320 Graduate Diploma is delivered, assessed and awarded by International College of Queensland Australia (ICQA, RTO 46584). EDUK8U® is ICQA’s authorised education partner in Malaysia for promotion and recruitment only — ICQA makes all enrolment and admission decisions independently.
For BSB80320 you must meet one of three official pathways: a related Diploma or Advanced Diploma plus 3 years of relevant leadership-level experience; a related Bachelor degree plus 2 years; or 5 years of relevant leadership-level experience. A pre-enrolment LLND assessment also applies. Most Malaysian HR managers with 5+ years of experience qualify through Pathway 2 or 3 — the eligibility review confirms which.
Yes. If you already operate at senior HR or general management level, ICQA’s RPL pathway lets you map real workplace evidence directly against the units of competency, potentially reducing coursework substantially. Credit Transfer is also available for relevant prior units. Your eligibility review includes an RPL suitability check.
Yes — the pathway is built for working professionals. The Executive MHRM runs one subject every three weeks in hybrid self-paced mode with 2,000–2,200 word assignments and no examinations. The Graduate Diploma is a structured online programme with scheduled workshops and no fixed-attendance rule — you progress against your training plan.
The Executive MHRM is designed for completion within a 12-month window. The BSB80320 Graduate Diploma involves 48 weeks of structured training and assessment, which RPL may shorten. Whether you run the components in parallel or staggered is agreed at your eligibility review — we’d rather give you an accurate plan than a generic number.
Programme fees are confirmed in writing during your eligibility review, before any commitment. For the BSB80320 component, all fees are itemised in your Written Agreement issued by ICQA before enrolment, with prepaid fees protected in line with the Standards for RTOs 2025. Speak to an advisor for current pricing and employer-sponsorship options.
Yes — the programme is structured for employer sponsorship with corporate invoicing available, and in Malaysia it is positioned within the HRD Corp CPD framework. EDUK8U® provides an employer sponsorship letter template you can submit internally. Confirm claimability for your organisation with HRD Corp directly.
No. No legitimate programme can guarantee career outcomes. This pathway builds and evidences the capability that senior HR appointments assess; progression depends on your performance, organisational opportunity and market conditions. What we do provide is a rigorous dual credential and honest advice about fit.
Two components.
